Bob Bates, a seasoned developer of affordable rental housing, has a long track record of making complex and innovative financial transactions work. During his career as a developer, Bob personally produced over 2,500 units of affordable housing. His efforts can be witnessed today by the many rental housing properties he developed that are successfully meeting the needs of rural families and seniors. They can be found primarily across the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Bob loves a challenge and now focuses primarily on preserving the portfolios of small rural projects by assembling them into transactions with the economy of scale that are necessary to meet the needs of funding partners, exiting owners, existing communities, and current tenants.
