POSITION REPORTS TO: Property Manager
SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, hours 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
SUMMARY: Assistant Property Manager needed at our beautifully maintained affordable housing apartment complex in New Castle, Delaware.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative activities including maintaining records, preparing reports, tracking and processing accounting data. Also includes assisting the manager with timely collection of rents and all monies on site, including daily deposits and record keeping; Leasing process including telephone inquiries, greeting prospective residents, showing apartments, taking applications and deposits, verifying application information, follow-up and renewal; Inspection Resident relations; Coordination of property maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent; Excellent customer service skills; Computer skills including MS Office proficiency (MS Word and Excel required); Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion; Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of Property Manager. Aptitude for basic office procedures; Strong sense of teamwork, accuracy and dependability; Yardi experience a plus but not required. Industry knowledge and/or Tax Credit/Public Housing experience is preferred. SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, Hours are from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
SUMMARY: Janitor needed for townhouse-style apartment community in our beautiful new housing development in Wilmington, DE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include daily upkeep and general cleaning duties such as windows, walls, floors, emptying trash, and picking up debris on the grounds and in common interior spaces and vacant apartments. Some landscaping and snow removal required. Light maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year experience in custodial capacity; Basic maintenance and mechanical skills; and ability to work independently. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift heavy equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and carpet cleaning machinery. SUMMARY: Part-time Office Assistant needed at busy front desk in our high-rise apartment complex for the elderly and disabled.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Filing, typing, answering phones, occasional computer use, welcoming residents & visitors, maintain office security, & other general clerical duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years experience in office administration; basic organization and time management skills and ability to work independently. Individual must have strong customer service skills, aptitude for basic office procedures & the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to understand Spanish is not required, but helpful. Candidates must have reliable transportation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all maintenance activities such as unit turnover, carpentry, plumbing, major appliance repair, electrical issues, etc. On-call hours required.
