POSITION REPORTS TO: Property Manager

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, Hours range from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

SUMMARY: Maintenance technician needed at low-income apartment complex Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all maintenance activities such as unit turnover, carpentry, plumbing, major appliance repair, electrical issues, etc. On-call hours required.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 year experience in custodial capacity; Basic maintenance and mechanical skills; and ability to work independently. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift heavy equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and carpet cleaning machinery.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: This candidate must live on site.
